Bio: Oscar Alvarez b. 1975 is a USA based contemporary painter working out of Brownsville, TX. His medium is acrylic/oil on canvas or birch panel.

He is renowned for his creation of fantastical, playful, mysterious images and creatures. His artistic palette utilizes bright colors with the muted hues reminiscent of stormy weather.
